CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
makeups.gr gives you the opportunity to cancel your order if its condition allows. This means that the average time to cancel your order is around 2-3 hours, before it can be processed. If you wish to cancel your order call us at 2323400783 (Mon.-Sat .: 09.00-14.00)
WHY IS MY CREDIT CARD NOT ACCEPTED?
There may be several possible reasons why your credit card is not accepted and in this case you should contact your bank for information.
IS THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER DELAYED? WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In case the delivery has been delayed more than the expected period specified, you should contact us by e-mail at contact@makeups.gr and we will proceed to problem solving.

What is your return policy?
Any return of products is accepted only if:
The product is in its original condition with its tabs.
The packaging of the products has not been opened or unsealed.
The product is not soiled or damaged.
Changes to be made must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM ABSENT DURING DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
If the goods arrive at their destination and you are absent, then the courier will try 2 more times, in the next working days, so that they can deliver your order to you. In case the shipment is not achieved then your order is automatically returned to us and is registered as Refusal.
